Kat brings a wealth of experience in partnership development and social entrepreneurship predominantly within the education, employability and youth sectors. Kat is passionate about supporting young people to thrive and fulfil their potential. Kat has led a number of initiatives working with young people and more recently supported social enterprise and charity Founders and CEOs with business development, partnerships and sales in her own business. Kat is always inspired and excited by the opportunities for communities, businesses and the third sector to work together to create change.

Kat is a qualified and accredited ICF coach, and has previously sat on numerous Boards for third sector organisations including Careers Wales and the Wales Council for Voluntary Action.
