Marshall is a young professional who has used his experience of being in, and leaving care, to improve the way in which services support other young people to leave care.

Marshall has first hand experience of the House Project; being involved in the establishment of the first House Project in Stoke which led to him moving into his first home. To this day he remains a valued member of his House Project community and continues to represent young people and his local house project as a founder at the Care Leavers National Movement (CLNM).

With a passion for helping and supporting children in care and care leavers, Marshall has taken part in a wide range of activities including a variety of interviews and short films in relation to the House Project where he has used his own experiences and ideas to support others.

Marshall joined us after completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship as an IT Application Specialist in a school setting.

Marshall is knowledgeable, calm, organised and has good communication skills. He is committed and motivated to use his own experiences and encourage others to share theirs to ensure services are developed based upon the voice of young people.
