Jessica has over 15 years experience in leading and designing operations. Following retail and hospitality work she began a professional career as a budding project manager and change manager, gradually shaping how teams service and function.

Jessica’s career spans various sectors, from retail, hospitality, rail to financial services, with a predominant focus on marketing, data, and technology change. She has a consistent track record of building and delivering products and capabilities that drive strong customer outcomes and achieve commercial success. Jessica has scaled large global marketing operations with an emphasis on transformation and specialising in building and developing diverse, high-performing talent, with an emphasis on fostering access and nurturing the growth of new young leaders. 

Jessica has is passionate about working with young people and has been working as a trustee with NHP since the beginning in 2018 and is involved in other charitable organisations focused on access for young people.
