Join care-experienced young people, professionals and partners on Tuesday 17th November 2026 for a day of collaboration, shared learning and collective action, bringing together lived experience and best practice to improve outcomes for care leavers.

Join us for the annual CLNM Conference on Thursday 15th October. This year's theme, Community: Interdependence in Action, will bring together care-experienced young people, practitioners and partners to explore the power of connection, collaboration and community.

Join us on Thursday 13th August for Built by Us: Scotland House Projects, to explore participation, community and change. Followed by an afternoon networking event for care-experienced young people.

Coventry City Council’s Pathways service was recognised with the Frontline Award for Multi-Agency Partnership of the Year. The award celebrated the impact of collaborative working, bringing together partners to better support care-experienced young people as they prepare for independence.

Twenty-five staff and care-experienced young people took on the Glasgow Kiltwalk, raising funds for NHP and Local House Projects. The event brought people together for a fantastic day of teamwork, fundraising and support for care-experienced young people.
