Practice Lead

Becky is a qualified social worker with over 14 years’ experience working in various roles with children in care and care experienced young people, including frontline and advisory roles, managing a Children in Care team for 6 years and representing children and young people in a family court adviser/guardian role.

Becky has extensive experience of working with children and young people and is passionate about recognising young people as experts in their own lives and ensuring that their voices are heard loud and clear, and used in a meaningful way to drive positive change.
