Jodie Dumville

Participation Worker

Passionate about helping young people overcome challenges, Jodie joined the NHP to continue making a positive impact. Over the last three years, she has built strong relationships with young people whilst working for a Local House Project as a facilitator, developing her skills in advocacy and youth engagement. She is committed to empowering young people to influence change and reach their full potential.

Jodie holds a BA (Hons) in Education and Professional Development, a Cert-Ed in Teacher Training, and a degree in Performing Arts. She spent 12 years teaching performing arts in secondary schools, with a focus on supporting students with additional needs and those facing barriers to learning.
