Tibyan Sanoh
Young People's Participation & Development Worker
Tibyan is a strong advocate for youth empowerment and development and is focused on promoting meaningful youth participation, ensuring that young people have a voice in shaping the services and initiatives that directly affect their lives.
With a background in leading participatory projects and delivering mental health support, she has established peer support groups, particularly for those from underrepresented and marginalised backgrounds.
Tibyan has extensive experience in creative project management, film making & community engagement and integrates this creativity into youth engagement, helping young people develop their skills and explore their potential through co-produced projects. Having worked with leading art organisations in the UK, Tibyan has completed co-creation training and is an advocate for inclusion and diversity.
