Stephanie is a qualified social worker and team manager with over 7 years experience working in child protection safeguarding and care proceedings. She has significant experience in supporting children, young people and families affected by complex safeguarding issues, with a focus on safety and resilience.

Stephanie has a strong interest in systemic and relationship-based practice and is passionate about developing trauma informed approaches. Stephanie is committed to making sure that young people’s voices and experiences are heard and used in meaningful ways to shape positive practice.
