Sadik Rahman

Business Admin Apprentice

Sadik is a young professional who has used his experience of being in, and leaving care, to improve the way in which services support other young people to leave care well.

Sadik has first-hand experience of the House Project; being involved in the Stoke Local House Project which supported him to move into his first home. Equipped with this experience and knowledge, Sadik has a firm understanding about what needs to improve and what has gone well, and strives to improve the transition and process for care leavers. He remains a valued member of his House Project community and continues to represent young people and his Local House Project.

Sadik will support Care Leavers National Movement in the North.

Sadik is knowledgeable, calm, organised and has good communication skills.

Sadik is currently completing his Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with NHP.
