Practice Lead

Sam is a care experienced Social Work Manager who has worked in Local Authorities for 13 years. He managed a North West Local Authority Care Leavers Service for the 5 years prior to joining NHP.

Sam is passionate about improving outcomes for care experienced young people and has developed creative new ways of working throughout his career. Working with young people is essential to improving outcomes and Sam has a track record of authentic co-production in various activities and projects that he has developed over the years.

Sam supports the staff teams in a number of projects and also has the lead for Aspirational Awards.
